Doug Smith is the founding executive director and architect of the Media Transformation Challenge. His challenge-centric design draws on more than three decades of helping thousands of folks lead real performance impact and change in sixty-plus industries and fields across the private, governmental and nonprofit sectors.
He is a renowned author, management consultant, and thought leader in organizational performance, innovation, and change management. With a career spanning decades, Doug has established himself as a pivotal figure in guiding organizations through complex transformations, helping them achieve sustainable success. He co-authored the business classic The Wisdom of Teams, which remains a seminal work on team dynamics and performance.
