Write a short bio, including a description of your experience (e.g., editing, finance, marketing, operations, reporting, technology, sales, etc.).

The hallmark of the program is your pursuit of a real-world performance challenge that is essential to your organization’s success, for which “business as usual” will not suffice. Write a description of a potential challenge you and your organization must address that you can use as the focus of your participation in this program. Please give your perspective on what it would take to achieve success.

Write a statement identifying three core trends that are substantially relevant to the challenge you described above. These might be external and/or internal trends. Describe the implications of these trends–positive or negative–for the odds of success at the challenge.

Write a statement that demonstrates you have the authority in your current role to guide success at this challenge.
