Introduction to MTC
This 4-hour workshop introduces core MTC tools and concepts, guiding participants to create 3-part performance challenge statements (North Star, success metrics, strategies) and explore tools for engagement, generating wins, and advancing beyond the starting phase. It effectively familiarizes participants with MTC’s approach, enabling broader collaboration in performance-driven change.

MTC Inside
Leverage MTC Inside to drive outcomes, momentum, and learning within your organization or network. This tailored, "lite" version of MTC integrates its performance-driven tools, concepts, and leadership development into larger organizations, associations, or specific ecosystems (e.g., geographic, organizational type, race/ethnicity). Alumni can re-engage as sponsors, coaches, and leaders, broadening MTC’s impact to fit your interests, scope, and budget.

Group Coaching
Miss the update process? Want to become part of a peer group? MTC coaches are offering a version of the peer group process for alumni to share progress on their current performance challenges or work situations. These groups can have up to 8 people, and will meet roughly every 6 months of one day — either in person or virtually. These can be class-based, interest-based, or cross class.
